Private consultation

I’m here to support you on your journey with private consultations tailored to your unique needs. In our sessions, I offer mindfulness techniques and emotional support to help foster self-awareness and resilience. You can choose to meet in person at Munich Therapy (for a fee of €100 per session) or enjoy the convenience of online sessions, right from the comfort of your own space. Each session lasts about 50–55 minutes, giving us ample time to explore your thoughts and feelings deeply.

I specialize in working with individuals managing ADHD, burnout, stress, depression, anxiety, and challenges with emotional regulation and recognition. Additionally, I am committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for all, and I am proud to work closely with the queer and LGBTQ+ community.
